This may be a little late to blog about, but THANK you Mr. Jobs. Thank you for taking a risk and changing the way millions of us all around the world “do life”. It’s crazy to think that so many of the gadgets that surfaced under Steve Job’s leadership has now become a necessity for so many people. When starting out, these gadgets were perceived by many to only be a luxury. He has innovated the way people live, and has made a platform for people all around the world in Apple’s App store to contribute to this. Can the technology be overindulgent at times?… Yes. Are these items really a necessity? No, but, isn’t it nearly impossible at times to not be checking our IPhones, IPads, Macbooks to get through our days? In fact haven’t these products enhanced our day to day lives?

We at Safety Orange would like to make an impact in the emergency preparation industry like the IPHONE did to telecommunications. One of our new mottos is, “Innovating your life”. Emergency preparation isn’t just for the experts like our, coast guard, military, local fire departments and law enforcement. In actuality, it is more likely that you and I would assume the roles of being the first responders in a major crisis. Parents would be the first responders to their children, families to their loved ones, and even neighbors to those in need around them.
